Handling counter collection for two dozen preserve jars and wire baskets
A homeowner from the Alphabet District arrived to collect twenty-four fluted glass preserve jars and four carbon steel wire pantry baskets reserved twenty-four hours earlier through our desk form. The order had been gathered directly from shelf aisles B2 and C1, unpacked from bulk warehouse cartons, and set on the oak packing bench for visual checking.
Each glass rim was felt by hand for edge chips or uneven mouth mouldings before wrapping. The four stacking crates were nested to ensure wire alignment remained true. Physical Stock Verification
We do not sell virtual stock. Everything visible in our catalogue is either standing on display racks or stacked in our immediate warehouse floor behind the desk. When an item is marked unavailable, it is genuinely out of stock until the next supplier shipment arrives.

Submitting a stock hold through our website places the items behind the counter under your name for forty-eight hours. We take no upfront credit card numbers and charge no cancellation penalties if an item fails your personal tactile inspection on the floor.
What We Will Not Do
We do not run an automated checkout funnel or push drop-shipped plastics. If a customer demands non-standard pallet freight outside the Oregon regional perimeter, we politely decline and refer them to specialized commercial logistics carriers.
